Fractured Bones

Fractures can be painful, debilitating, and have the potential to cause difficulties on a permanent basis, as for example when there is a non-union (the bone fails to heal properly), or where the fracture involves a joint and traumatic arthritis develops. More severe fractures can require surgical reduction and fixation, with plates and screws, which are sometimes removed in a subsequent surgery.

At Meisel Law Group, we have represented clients with fractures involving virtually every part of the body, and we have direct experience with cases that required surgery, various complications from surgery, non-union, traumatic arthritis, and more. We make sure all the ramifications of the fracture are carefully considered such that our clients will receive they compensation they deserve.
